Conflicts of interest

Our employees take special care to avoid outside activities that conflict or appear to conflict with the Lion of Africa business. Current Lion of Africa employees are not permitted to engage in business ventures or accept part-time employment with any company engaged in a line of business in which the Lion of Africa is currently operating, or which The Lion of Africa is actively seeking to enter.

Our employees also do not engage in any activity that is to the advantage of a competitor of The Lion of Africa.

To avoid any conflict of interest or appearance of a conflict of interest that could damage The Lion of Africa's reputation, our employees will disqualify themselves from making any decisions that specifically involve The Lion of Africa on behalf of an outside organisation with whom they have an affiliation or interest.
